Owens Library
The Owens Library, located in G14 Caldwell Hall, holds material relevant to Landscape Architecture and Historic Preservation and the related fields. It is administratively separate from the UGA Libraries, and there is a separate catalog here at the Owens Library to search our holdings.
There are over 7,000 volumes held in the library, including theses and senior projects. Journals, maps, videos, computer resources, images and Internet access are also available. The Owens Library is open to the public, and material can be checked out by patrons outside of the School of Environemtnal Design; please bring identification if you are not currently enrolled in classes.

Circle Gallery
The Circle Gallery, G14 Caldwell Hall, shares exhibits to educate, interest, and create dialog in the College, the University of Georgia, and the greater Athens community. The Gallery strives to visually stimulate the intellectual discourse of ideas and images. The exhibits are created by our students, faculty, alumni, and others.

Forming Content
(Cecile L. K. Martin) Professor Cecile L. K. Martin’s graphic media works, Forming Content, is currently showing in the Circle Gallery through Dec. 11th. There will be a gallery talk by Professor Martin during the reception on Tuesday, November 17th (4–6 pm). Martin teaches studio courses in design and graphics at CED. Martin states that this latest exhibit draws upon the constant reworking and reconfiguration of our lives.

René D. Shoemaker has been the Director of the Owens Library at the School of Environmental Design (SED) since 1995.
