BLA Advisement

Entering undergraduate students will be advised and register during orientation. After that, advisement dates for each semester will be posted by mid-term of the preceding semester. In accordance with the University’s registration policy, and due to the limited number of seats in each course at the College of Environment & Design, it is crucial that students are advised and registered on time.

If a student fails to pay fees on time (as per the invoice issued upon registration), that student’s schedule will be cancelled, and the unreserved seats will likely be taken by other students. If this occurs, or if a student fails to register on the dates set during advisement, that student must attend late registration on the first day of the semester.

Students should also be aware that withdrawing from a LAND course may cause them to lose all priority in registering for that course in subsequent semesters.
